Who do I throw my at? Bidet Kings?

The knob is squeaking and hard to move after a few months of use. Can we use a lubricant? Or Replace the knob? Love the bidet but the knob has problems. I have 3 bidets with similar issues.

What happened to the "atomizing" spray? I have a Nebia 1.0 and 2.0, purchased both for the fine mist. This was carried over in the first Nebia by Moen (or 3.0 as I called them). Has that been abandoned now? Shame if it has.

Once you use it, you’ll miss having it anytime you’re away from home! We started with the hose sprayer and still use it in one of our bathrooms. But the next time we choose a “SimpleSpa Thinline Essential Bidet Attachment” model and it’s a real game changer. I often go out of my way to use the bathroom that has that installed since it’s easier, faster, and uses less water on your bottom. We love it!!!

Just installed it based on this video , thank you . The black rubber washers fit in when you squeeze and hold in in the rubber bubble as you’re fitting it down . I’m hoping there’s a way to turn the melodies off .

PLEASE READ: Plumer tape is almost certainly required for installation. You will likely have leaks without it! All three points on the t-manifold provided should have the connections sealed with Plummer tape. The guide does not recommend this, so i had to undo everything and apply the tape and re connect.

That’s a different washer than the one that comes with the bidet it’s way smaller

The washer that came with the bidet is different from the one in the video. The instructions don't show how to put it correctly.

It does its dirty job well but the lid does not descend slowly. It flops down. I haven't yet figured out how to fix it.

These instructions are certainly more helpful than the printed ones that came with my unit. The printed version is absolutely abysmal. The steps to mount it are in a strange, nonsensical sequence. Some of the pictures weren't very clear, especially regarding the mounting bracket. Mine didn't come with washers, which wouldn't have been so bad if I had watched this video prior to following the instructions I was given and ended up tearing apart my workshop table to find some. Just awful. And unfortunately, just like the printed instructions that came with it, this video lacks any information as to how to operate the remote, leaving you to figure it out. I'm not impressed. But the one thing I will say is once I got it working it's VERY nice. That hot water is HOT! HOT! HOT!

instead of the PVC line for the hot water, can I install a 1/4" Female Comp x 1/4" Female Comp Stainless Steel Braided Flexible suply line? I just had a major flood caused by a crack on a PVC bidet suply line.

Full city water pressure on that plastic hose and plastic nozzle seems inadequate. Bathrooms in Asia and parts of Europe have drains in the floor so that if any leak or overflow happens, water will flow down the drain instead of flodding the house. This is not the case in North American bathrooms.
